The Name of the Book

¡Hola! Otro sábado más estoy aquí, con una nueva reseña para vosotros y, en esta ocasión os voy a hablar de un libro que tendía muchísimas ganas de leer, pero que me decepcionó terriblemente: It (Eso) de Stephen King.  Este libro está ambientado en un pequeño pueblecito llamado Derry. Este pueblo es anormalmente violento, pero el caso es que hay ciclos en los que esa violencia se intensifica y,  Eso sale de su madriguera. El caso es que un grupo de niños decide parar a Eso y, esta es su historia. Yo leí este libro allá por noviembre y, me llevó 15 días leerlo porque reconozcámoslo, el libro es "súper-finito" sólo tiene 1504 páginas. De hecho, esta fue de una de las cosas que casi hizo que no comprara este libro, porque la verdad que el tamaño me intimidaba un poco. Porqué no hice caso a mis instintos el día que lo compré, no tengo ni idea. El caso es que me arrepiento de haber leído este libro y, ahora os cuento las razones.  Creo que mejor empiezo hablan...

Hey guys! How is everything working out so far in 2018? I hope you are doing well. Today I am here to talk about a book which I was dying to read but that unfortunately disappointed me. Set book is It by Stephen King. The story takes place in a little town called Derry. This town is violent, really violent; and there are some periods in which that violence goes even higher, that happens when It comes from wherever he is sleeping. The thing is that a group of kids decides to stop It and this is their story. I read this book back in November and I took me 15 days to read it, because, lets be honest: this book is huge. I don´t know how it is with the English edition but in the Spanish edition there is 1504 pages. The length was one of the things that intimidated me the most, but at the end I ended up picking this book up and somehow, I regret it. I am going to start by talking about the things that I did enjoyed about this book, and then I will go over the negative aspect...

¡Hola! Aunque la verdad es que no estoy siendo extremadamente constante con esto de las reseñas de series y películas poco a poco van llegando más. La verdad es que tengo muy poco tiempo y, la mayoría lo paso leyendo no viendo cosas en Netflix. Por eso, esta reseña llega un poco tarde en comparación con cuando llegó la del resto del mundo (si es que la hubo). Hace casi dos meses salió la segunda temporada de Stranger Things y, yo acabo de terminarla. Así que hoy os voy a hablar de las dos primeras temporadas de esta serie (de la uno de manera muy breve porque aunque recuerdo más o menos lo que pasó no lo tengo muy fresco en la memoria). Por cierto chicos, sé que normalmente evito hacer spoilers siempre que puedo, pero este no va a ser el caso porque hay tantísimas cosas que quiero mencionar que simplemente no puedo contenerme. Hey guys! Another month has come to an end and that means that there is a Book Haul/ Wrap Up/ TBR post in the blog. Book Haul So, I think I need to make a confession: “My name is Marta. I am 22 years old and I am a bookaholic”. I am aware that I have a problem, but I can help it: every time I walk close to my favourite library, I have to get in and buy some books… Sorry not sorry. By the way in the picture I have not include all the books, because there were some that were huge and won´t fit. So, the books that have been added to my collection this month are: Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell Books written by Rainbow Rowell just make me happy. Maybe they are not the best books in the entire world, but they are quick reads and they are extremely addicting. ¡Hola! Otro mes llega a su fin y, con ello llega esta entrada. Book Haul  En este punto tengo que confesaros una cosa (y, eso que sólo estamos en la primera parte de la entrada): "Me llamo Marta, tengo 22 años y soy una compradora compulsiva de libros".
